Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a powerful form of meditation. All you do is lay down, get comfortable and listen. You are expertly guided through a series of cues that bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation. Literally translated Yoga Nidra means Yogic sleep. Many people suffer from insomnia or poor sleep which leads to fatigue, memory issues, mood instability and other challenges. Yoga Nidra is something you can do when you don’t feel like you have the energy to do anything else. It’s great for both catching up on sleep and getting to sleep (or back to sleep!)

1 Hour Yoga Nidra Session

A powerful component of Yoga Nidra is the process of setting an intention. Your session begins with with creating a personalized intention that will help you release limitations. Your intention is used at the beginning of your session and repeated when the mind is relaxed and receptive to expand your potential. Other elements such as the use of essential oils, sound therapy or gentle yoga postures may be added to your session to meet your needs that day.
