Intention Bracelets for Empowerment
Intention bracelets are tools that help you meditate on a positive intention. Meditation has many benefits but I’ve found meditating on intentions to be a powerful way to divert attention away from self-limiting thoughts and direct them towards thoughts that empower you.
Connecting an intention with an object like your Intention Bracelet may be a little easier than other forms of meditation because you have something tangible to focus on. Check out the sample videos below to give it a try!
Intentional Design
The configuration of Intention Bracelets is inspired by the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda. Ayurveda recognizes that you have your own unique elemental constitution which determines your physical, mental and emotional tendencies. According to Ayurveda, we can find balance by working with the elemental qualities of earth, water, fire, air and space.
Intention Bracelets are designed to embody the elements so you can choose a piece that helps you restore your balance. For example, if you’re feeling heavy and sluggish, you might benefit from choosing an Intention Bracelet that embodies the element of air to help you feel more light and mobile.
Intention Bracelets incorporate gemstones and hand-engraved “element beads” representing one of the five elements. The bracelets have sandalwood beads which has a natural scent that brings a sense of calm.
