Your Online Intention Bracelet Tools
Congratulations on your Intention Bracelet purchase! I’m so excited for you. There are two sizes of Intention Bracelets, a larger size with 27 beads and smaller one with 18 beads No matter which version of Intention Bracelet you have, you can enjoy your Intention Bracelet with the supporting tools below.
Your Intention Bracelet
Months of research went into getting the design and configuration for your bracelet just right. The design is based on an ancient healing tradition called Ayurveda. Click on the image below to learn more about your bracelet. Below this section you’ll find videos that guide you through how to use your bracelet in a yoga and meditation practice.
Please note that although the descriptions above refer to the larger 27-bead version with respect to the numerical configuration, your bracelet may have 18 beads (plus the larger “guru” bead in the middle). The mathematical magic still works since 18 also fits into 108 evenly (6 x 18 = 108).
Do Yoga for Your Mind Body Type
According to Ayurveda, an ancient healing tradition, we all have a particular mind/body type or “dosha type” based on a unique elemental configuration that makes you, you. Some of us have more air and space (vata type), others have more fire (pitta type) and others have more water (kapha type). Intention Bracelets, along with the practices below, are designed based on this ancient healing tradition. The stone you selected for your Intention Bracelet can help you pick a yoga practice. You can add your Intention Meditation at the end of any of these practices.
